Overpass Automatic Alignment System

Key Features :

  Detect the lateral deviation of the corrugated board in real time and automatically adjust its position through an actuator or servo mechanism. Compared with traditional mechanical guides, it provides more continuous and precise alignment.

 

Main Features:

  • Automatic Detection: Photoelectric or infrared sensors continuously detect the edge or center position of the corrugated board.

  • Automatic Correction: When lateral deviation is detected, the control system automatically activates the correction mechanism to bring the board back to the desired position, reducing the need for manual adjustment.
